As the soul proprietor of Davis Inspection Services, I am dedicated to providing my clients with the best possible service at the lowest price.

My passion is home energy efficiency. As a certified HERS rater I am qualified to work with contractors and home owners alike to ensure that the home meets or exceeds the required energy efficiency standards. 

​In addition, I am also a Home Energy Score Assessor. This program is geared toward existing home buyers and sellers who would like to know the efficiency of an existing home.

Of course I still offer Boulder rental license and SmartRegs inspections.
